  • Server-authoritative scoring: clients send only their picks and server timestamps; Cloud Functions decide correctness and speed points.

An autonomous air-defense turret for TEKNOFEST 2026

  • Two fixed cameras are merged into one panorama for detection; a third on the barrel confirms the aim.
  • A YOLOv11 model, trained on synthetic renders of the competition models, tells F-16s, helicopters, missiles and drones apart; ByteTrack follows them.
  • Manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes on one operator screen, with emergency stops, no-move and no-fire zones and friend protection.

    • Built and run KPSS Düello, a realtime quiz-duel app with server-verified scoring, matchmaking, leagues and in-app purchases (Flutter, Firebase, Cloud Functions).
    • Built the company platform: Angular SSR site and blog, Spring Boot API and an internal portal, shipped as containers through GitHub Actions to a self-managed Linux server.
    • Automated content with the Claude API: sourced blog drafts with an SEO check, automatic English translations and release notes written for testers.
    • Set up and operate company email (Mailu, Postfix, Rspamd) with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

03About

Student by schedule, engineer by habit.

I'm a software engineering student at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, and I learn fastest by shipping. Over the last two years that has meant freelance client work, leading the backend of a university platform, research and competition projects from TÜBİTAK to TEKNOFEST, and a part-time role on AI-agent services at Sarıtay.

In 2026 I started EngerekTech to build products end to end. Running my own apps taught me what coursework doesn't: where to put the trust boundary, how to keep a small server healthy, and how to release often without breaking anyone's day.

I'm looking for a team where I can own backend systems — APIs, data, realtime features and the infrastructure under them — and keep shipping.
